So, I'm arguing with an email-Rightie at work (he won't come talk to me - gasp, he is scared! - And on Healthcare, He goes "Trial Lawyers!" and I go "2 percent of costs!"
He comes back with the old "Preventative Medicine" bit that the costs isn't in the lawsuits, but all the money spent for 'frivolous tests'.
Is there a good debunk of this out there? (I've asked in Open Threads without an answer - hence the diary. Thanks so much for your help. :)
